Where do you ship?
We ship across India. Enter your PIN code at checkout and your city & state are filled in automatically.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are crafted and dispatched within 2–4 business days, and delivered in 3–7 days depending on your location. You can track status anytime under My Orders.
Can I pick up from a store instead of delivery?
Yes — choose Pick up from store at checkout and select a nearby Woodeon store. You'll get a pickup OTP to show at the counter. See our store locator.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from the order details page any time before it ships (while it is Pending, Confirmed or Processing). Once shipped, please raise a return after delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Delivered orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery from the order details page. Store-pickup orders are handled in-store.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, prepaid refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Payments & Coupons
What payment methods can I use?
We accept cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets via our secure Cashfree gateway, plus Cash on Delivery for home-delivery orders.
How do I use a promo code?
Enter your code in the “Promo code” box in the checkout order summary and tap Apply — the discount shows immediately before you pay.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Card details are entered on the gateway, never on our servers, and the whole checkout is SSL-encrypted.

Are the products handmade?
Every piece is handcrafted by Indian artisans using centuries-old folk-art traditions, so small natural variations are part of their charm.
How do I care for wooden pieces?
Keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture, dust with a soft dry cloth, and avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the colours and finish.

How do I change my password?
Go to My Account → Change password. If you signed up with Google, you can set a password there too.
Can I save multiple addresses?
Yes — add as many as you like under My Account → Addresses, and pick one at checkout.
