Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return for any reason. The piece must be unused, in original packaging, with the artisan certificate intact.

Email returns@woodeon.in with your order ID and a photo. We arrange a reverse pickup at no cost across pincodes our courier partners service.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are paid via UPI/bank transfer.
