A miniature cycle rickshaw; the patient old workhorse of Indian lanes; hand-turned and painted in the Channapatna folk tradition. The blue body sits behind a sun-orange cycle; with a red canopy shading the passenger seat. Wheels turn freely; corners are softened and the finish is non-toxic vegetable dye sealed with beeswax. A safe; screen-free toy with a story; or a small piece of streetside India for the desk.

Channapatna ivory wood (hale mara); non-toxic vegetable dyes; beeswax polish. Weight 1kg. 4" H × 5" W × 2.5" D. Wipe clean with damp cloth. Avoid direct sunlight.
